Youth
Outward Bound has been inspiring young people since its inception. We have helped thousands of young people discover the greatness that is inherent
within them. Outward Bound's Youth programs aim to provide young people with the confidence, resilience and life-skills required to make their
transition into adulthood. We offer programs year-round.
Adult
Outward Bound offer a variety of programs for adults from 18 to 88. These programs vary in length and level of challenge, so that there is a program for
almost any adult. The common thread between our programs is that participants walk away having discovered more about themselves and with a renewed energy
and outlook on life.
Family
We also offer a Family program for adults to attend with their son or daughter, niece or nephew. Adolescence is an important time for young people to
build strong and healthy relationships with parents and carers in their life. Outward Bound helps families to build these relationships, if you are wondering
